Renting a e-bike with us, includes a helmet and a locker.

When booking more than 1 day we also suplly a charger.

All other acessories are not included on the price. If you have a special request please informe us and we will try to acomodate your needs.

Unlike guided bike tours, rent (except where noted) do not have an accompanying support van or a guide. This means that it’s your responsibility to get to the destiny every day, even if you head into bad weather or just don’t feel like riding anymore. If you do run into trouble, though, call us, and we will help as much as possible, whether sending a van or advising you on public transportation options such as trains or buses.

You’ll also be expected to fix your own flats. (If you don’t know how, ask your local bike mechanic to show you).

In the rare case of bicycle breakdowns, you may be asked to take public transportation or a taxi to the next town, where there may be a repair shop that can fix the problem.

We might suply a replacement bike, but it may be at the end of the day or the next morning.
